Regal Boats Recognized by National Marine Manufacturers Association with Customer Satisfaction Index Awards

Regal Boats, a family-owned, award-winning manufacturer of sport boats and yachts, announces their recognition as a recipient of the National Marine Manufacturer Associations’ 2018 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. Regal Boats was recognized in five 2018 CSI Award categories, including deck boats, fiberglass outboard boats, inboard express cruisers, sterndrive bowrider boats and sterndrive cuddy and express boats.

National Marine Manufacturer Association’s (NMMA) CSI Award honors boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. As a CSI Award recipient, Regal Boats achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine. The 2018 CSI Award marks a total of 46 categories of award recognition in seventeen-straight-years Regal Boats has provided their customers with unparalleled customer service.

In the 2018 CSI Awards, NMMA surveyed over 155,000 customers purchasing a new boat or engine between January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 to select recipients for the 2018 CSI Award. 2018 CSI Award recipients were recognized at the 2019 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show, presented by West Marine.
