Albin Group Marine's new line of next-generation DC-driven Circulation Pumps with Brushless Motors combine high flow rates and low power consumption. They're ideal for marine heating and cooling systems, as well as utility pumping solutions such as livewells and bait tanks.
Albin Circulation Pumps have ABS housings that are completely waterproof to IP68 standards. They feature a brushless magnetically-driven, seal-less design with the motor, stator and controller completely isolated. The impeller, ceramic shaft and ultra-low-friction carbon fiber sleeve are lubricated and cooled by the liquid being pumped. This combination makes for utmost reliability and long service life—up to 20,000 hours. The pumps handle fluids that are 176° F continuously and 212° intermittently. Available in 12V or 24V, they're exceptionally quiet at a mere 35dB.
The BL90CM 12V model pumps 13.4 gpm at 0.1 bar and 6.6 gpm at 0.25 bar, and has a power consumption of 80W with a 6.6A draw. The 24V version uses 120W, draws 5A and is rated at 16.1 gpm at 0.1 bar and 15 gpm at 0.25 bar. Both have industry-standard 3/4" ports.
Both the 12V and 24V BL30CM DC-driven Circulation Pump have 3/4" ports and are rated at 8.4 gpm at 0.1 bar and 7.3 gpm at 0.25 bar. They have a maximum load of 4.5A and 55W power consumption.
The BL10CM 12V model pumps 5 gpm at 0.1 bar and 4.2 gpm at 0.25 bar, and has a power consumption of 80W with a 2A draw. The 24V version uses 40W, draws 1.7A and is rated at 5.5 gpm at 0.1 bar and 4.7 gpm at 0.25 bar. Both have 5/8" ports.
