Watercraft Ashtabula Area Office Moves to Geneva State Park

GENEVA, OH - The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has moved Watercraft’s Ashtabula Area Office to Geneva State Park, located at 4499 Padanarum Road in Geneva, from its former location at the old U.S. Coast Guard Station on Front Street in Ashtabula. This office at Geneva State Park will offer services in a single location, including boat registrations, fishing/hunting licenses and permits as well as boating publications. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. The office may be reached by calling 440-466-8400, extension 3, or emailing ashtabula.watercraft@dnr.state.oh.us for more information. Watercraft rentals are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. A six-lane launch ramp provides easy access to Lake Erie's central basin. The marina features a canteen and concession area, which supplies gasoline, boating essentials and bait, along with 383 docks for a seasonal rental.
