Mar 02, 2015 — CAPE VINCENT, N.Y. (AP) The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has created a spawning bed on a creek feeding Lake Ontario to help increase the lake's walleye population.
The agency says the spawning bed on Kents Creek in Cape Vincent is the first of its kind in New York.
