COBOURG - There will be no expansion of the Cobourg Marina into the west harbour.
A motion brought forth by one councillor at Monday night's Committee of the Whole meeting to have plans cease immediately until Dec. 31, 2016 was amended by another councillor to have plans cease immediately for the rest of this Council term.
