CHAZY — A new marina on Monty's Bay has been approved by the Town of Chazy Planning Board, despite neighbors' concerns about a lack of oversight on existing ones.
James Carter received the OK for a dock and 49 moorings for the marina, planned for a spot about one-third mile north of the intersection of Lake Shore Road and Reynolds Road, just north of Monty's Bay Marina.
