People interested in learning how to fish can attend a free "
Learn 2 Fish with Us" event on Sunday, July 24 at Peninsula State Park.
Learn 2 Fish with Us is a not-for-profit company founded by Greg Karch, a certified angler education instructor and professional fisherman. Learn 2 Fish with Us has hosted more than 150 fishing clinics educating more than 20,000 anglers in Wisconsin since 2006.
Karch and volunteers will present a "Fishing Basics" seminar that reviews safety, spin cast and spinning fishing combos, casting, fishing presentations, fish identification, parts of a fish, bait and aquatic invasive species.
