Life jackets a safety necessity when boating on cold water

Minnesota DNR Minn.--The Minnesota DNR wants to remind anglers that during this weekend's fishing opener, spring waters will still be very cold. Accordingly, anyone out on the water should remember to wear a life jacket, as wearing one significantly increases the chances of surviving a fall into cold water. Read the full story.
