The Michigan Department of Natural Resources today announced that due to construction of new docks at East Tawas State Harbor (Iosco County), the parking lot is closed to the public. Only construction traffic and registered boaters will be able to access the lot.
Construction is scheduled to begin the second week of May and last until September.
