Milwaukee--Waukegan’s National Airport and Harbor have new local leadership. Skip Goss has been hired as the General Manager of Waukegan National Airport and Captain Gregg Pupecki is the new General Manager for Waukegan Harbor. Both are employees of Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher Management Company (SGMC)
