Columbus, Ohio -- April 17-23 kicks off the Spring Aboard campaign, during which the Ohio DNR and National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) encourage boaters to enroll in a boating education course. Many course providers in the area are offering discounted rates for those who enroll or complete a program during Spring Abroad week.
