Sea Tow Foundation
Southold, N.Y. -- The Sea Tow Foundation will open 31 new Life Jacket Loaner stations at nonprofit organizations and boating agencies throughout the country, including several new locations around the Great Lakes. Loaner stands, located around boating ramps, marinas, and parks, let boaters borrow life jackets free of charge for the day to promote safety on the water.
