JEFFERSON CO. -- A long-talked-of marina near the Ina boat ramp could soon become a reality.
Jefferson County officials will have to show the Army Corps of Engineers the area is worth developing, but with its location near two major highways and other attractions nearby, they call the decision a "no brainer."
