A 120-slip marina is to open in late March at Caesar Creek Lake in Warren County.
The $8.8 million first phase will also include a floating concession stand, fuel facilities and “wave attenuators,” special floating barriers to manage changes in current at the lake east of Waynesville, according to Phil Miller, capital improvements administrator for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
