WASHINGTON — The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service again confirmed Thursday that
small fish may be pulled along by barges going past electrical barriers, reigniting concerns that young Asian carp could be transported into the Great Lakes despite the barriers intended to keep them from migrating north out of Chicago waterways.
