CLEVELAND, OH — Another icebreaking season is around the corner. It's safe to say many are hoping it's not as brutal as the past two.
This week in Cleveland, members of the U.S. & Canadian Coast Guards met to discuss icebreaking operations for the upcoming winter season after two straight years of record-level ice cover on the Great Lakes.
