PLATTSBURGH — City of Plattsburgh leaders officially christened their new marina Saturday afternoon.
City Councilor Becky Kasper welcomed the crowd on behalf of the council and city on a delightfully sunny day. The marina will help the city increase access to one of its greatest assets, she said.
