Southwestern Ontario pleasure boaters have at least three good reasons to celebrate in 2015.
First, and most importantly, spring is just around the corner and it will soon be time to rip the winter covers off the family boat and get it ready for a summer of fun.
Secondly, water levels are going to be way up this summer. In fact, Great Lakes water levels are predicted to rise nine inches above average this summer.
